Welcome to the CREATE Robotics World Championship Tournament home page.  This year, CREATE's signature event will be held in the Iowa West Field House, right next door to the Mid-America Center.   This facility will be the perfect home for the 2022 CREATE World Championship.  Teams from across the World will be invited to to this unique event that spans all ages with three different games/challenges played in distinct tournaments. 

At the CREATE Robotics Championship teams will participate in:

• CREATE Junior's Collaborative game for 4th-6th graders.
• CREATE Junior's Competitive game for 7th-12th graders.
• CREATE Drones (coming soon) for 6th-12th graders
• and for teams up to 12th grade the CREATE Open.

This year's registration fees are as follows:

DRONES - Free Event (1 day event, Friday, April 8th, 2022)                

OPEN     - $250 (3 day event, Thurs., April 7th-9th, 2022)

COVID Protocol - There are currently no mask mandates of any kind locally, state wide or federally that pertain to the CREATE Robotics World Championship. Therefore masks will be optional at this event. We have given all teams much larger pits and room to spread out and social distance if they choose to. We would ask all to respect the decisions to wear masks, or not.

•         All hotels will allow you to ship your robot to them to be held until you arrive.

                   Each offer a different price point/value.

                   The rates listed are for a limited block of rooms.  Once the block of rooms has been

                    exhausted some hotels will continue to honor the posted rate, some will not.                      We recommend you book as early as possible.
