The 2018-2019 CREATE Junior Game

Cosmic Collision!

Similar to last year, this year's challenge allows for the use of VEX Robotic Equipment and a limited amount of additional materials, or VEX IQ equipment, both of which are detailed in Section 4 of the Cosmic Collision game manual (see below).  NEW this year is the addition of LEGO EV3 as an approved robotics equipment.  (This is also detailed in Section 4 of the game manual.)

A number of awards will be given for on field performance, creativity, innovation, quality of workmanship, and sportsmanship (See below).  The CREATE Jr. Heartland Regional, along with regular season CREATE Jr. events, will be a qualifier for the 2019 U.S. Open Robotics Championship - CREATE Jr. Division.  For qualification details visit our CREATE Jr. Qualification Criteria page.
