The CREATE Foundation and the robotics competitions it supports are made possible by the contributions of our many different volunteers. With the generous support of volunteers, students have the opportunity to participate in a life changing experience. Whether a mentor, coach, event organizer or event volunteer your contribution makes it all possible.
Mentors share their special technical talents often with more than one team. They share their engineering experience from a broad array of engineering disciplines.
Coaches are the glue that helps teams form and work together. Often they do not have, nor do they need, a technical background. Coaches come from the ranks of parents, teachers or any adult interested in helping students participate.
Event Organizers play a special role in the robotics season. They, along with others they recruit, put on the regional and national tournaments that are the heart of the robotics season.
Event Volunteers fill the many roles which make the tournaments run. Volunteer judges and referees work together with a host of others who take care of registration, team queuing, practice field facilitators and technical support to bring to life a special day of competition and collaboration.
Please join us and help today's students prepare for productive careers tomorrow. To get involved or to find out more about these many opportunities please contact us at Support@CREATE-Found.org.
